Returns & Refunds

Everher products are ingestible health supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and opened or used products cannot be returned.

-If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at wecare@everhercare.com within 3 days of receiving it.

-Please attach clear photographs showing the issue, the batch and expiry label on the pack, and the outer shipping packaging. We cannot assess a claim without them.

-Once we have verified the claim, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

-Claims raised more than 3 days after delivery, or submitted without supporting photographs, cannot be processed.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

-Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
